Senior Oracle RAC DBA Consultant

Sysnet Pakistan is seeking a senior Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC) consultant. The job of the Oracle RAC consultant is integration, Oracle RAC deployment and RAC support, Oracle RAC tuning.

This job requires an outstanding, dedicated Oracle professional with a proven track-record of progressive responsibility in Oracle database management.

The following are MINIMUM job requirements. PLEASE DO NOT submit your resume unless you meet ALL of these requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience managing a medium to large production RAC installation
  • Oracle Certified Professional OCP (any release)
  • Administer and manage large production database in a LINUX/UNIX enviornment
  • Experience in UNIX or Linux environment
  • Handson Integration, Partitioning and performance tuning skills
  • Experience in deploying SAN solutions
  • Strong SQL and UNIX scripting skills

IT Consultant

  • 1- 2 years development experience in C++, other OOP (object Oriented Programming) language or minimum C language.
